This sleeping gryphon was carefully created by lulling a miniature gryphon to sleep*, then creating a cast mold for epoxy resin.  Each cast is then meticulously painted by hand to bring all the additional details to life.

*(Either that, or Nalani is just a talented sculptor who makes things very lifelike.)
