  • Do you offer free shipping?
    We don't artificially inflate our prices to bake in shipping or handling. We strive for more transparency in our pricing so you know exactly what you are getting.
  • What is your return policy?

  • What should I do if my order is lost, stolen or damaged
    If ever your order is lost, first check with the shipping provider listed for your order. Sometimes an order will still be at the shipping facility if it was undeliverable for any reason. You can also check with neighbors in case the order was sent to their address by mistake.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards
  • Do you have a physical location?
    We reside within the recesses of your mind. We've been there all along, you just never knew it before.
